This is such a broad and tree-lined street that the far side is scarcely visible. Unless this happens actually to be a street bordering a park on one side, it is certainly a very grand boulevard indeed. I would myself prefer only to apply this width to an area that absolutely required it - the effect here is almost more rural than urban. Notice that the height of the buildings is visually reduced by the presence of balcony railings about a third of the way up the façade. The arches probably cover the first two floors of the buildings, with then another three full stories, plus, in all likelihood, a partial floor in the attic. Here again, because of the absence of vehicles in the street, it is possible to see the façade of the building in the far distance.
